Characters Models of this addon don't have any LOD's, they based on last (most lowpoly) LOD (#3).
It's all for performance (highest FPS). Also you can use "r_lod 2" console command, or even "Insurgency MAX FPS Settings and Config" by /A\JeMs:

@Ileryon3000, it's Insurgency bug, which developers not fix. Called by ANY custom models on sv_pure servers.
If you will play only on sv_pure 0 server, than you will not got this bug.
