I might remake this at a later date.

Old description:
This well.. Replaces Rebels with enhanced Citizens! Bonus: Any citizen that wears a medic shirt actually turns into a medic, which adds more medics to the game which are needed in rebel survival.





The reason this does not apply to Average citizens and refugees is because combine have strict dress codes, so it would make sense for only the rebels to be wearing different clothing.




Do I need a video to explain this? Tell me in the comments, because I do not really feel like recording right now.

the citizens A-Pose when they have to reload can you fix it cuz it takes away from the action when i look over and my squad mates are just sitting there A-Posing
