Thieves Guild Fix

描述
Simple mod to fix a bug preventing you from joining the the Shinobi Thieves Guild. Just talk to the boss in the guild and procede through dialog normally. When you get to the fee to join, it should be free if you're experiencing the bug. If you're not, it will be full price.

Updated the mod to cover for the recent Thieves Guild bug too. If you failed to join after paying the fee, and as long as your game version is 0.95.31 or later, this mod should let you join for free. :)

@Cetha - It bypasses a bug that prevents joining the Thieves Guild. All it does is create a duplicate dialog of the Thief Boss that has different conditions and effects in order to bypass the bug.

If you're not experiencing the bug, you'll never even get this dialog. And if you ever get the dialog, you won't even notice that you did. ;)
