Modern Colonial Home-BA

A beautiful, large, modern colonial home. This base is made of steel blocks and glass. There is an attached 9x5 hangar/garage with a repair bay and roof access for more parking. Enjoy the views from the front porch or the back porch that has a medium sized pool. There are 3 floors total within the house. The main floor is split into 3, the kitchen, lounge, and the construction room, which is in the lobby, along with the O2 and medical stations. The second floor is dedicated to bathrooms and bedrooms, one bedroom being the master with the master bath. The 3rd floor is the attic. The attic is sectioned off into 3 rooms, one for the fual tanks, one for the o2 tanks, and one for the 18 plot, ready to pick farm. If you are going to edit this home, especially near the top floor, I must warn you about stability, be careful. This house was designed after TSMC's Modern Home, it was structurally tweaked and redesigned by me to fit into Empyrion. Credit to TSMC . Enjoy:)
