*IMPORTANT*
Workshop support is broken, dowload the map using Workshop Downloader, or something similar and put it it the C:\Users\<yourusername>l\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities in Motion 2\Maps folder and launch the game. If you do everything correctly you should see the map in the "New game" menu.

Starting population: 35.000 citizens
Requierments: Basic CiM2 only (I hope though)

Traffic jams are (in my experience with the map) pretty much nonexistent. On hard difficulty there are hiccups here and there but apart from that everything should be just fine.

It's a website that downloads files from Steam Workshop, just Google it.
