Captain Winters' personal submachine gun that he used to take down syndicates in Boston, crime rings in Virginia, drug warehouses in Flordia, and most recently, the Payday gang. But it looks like he dropped it while retreating from one of their most recent heists. Oh well. I'm sure he won't miss it.

Honestly put way too much effort on the shield when in the end result it's so tiny. But perhaps people can find the couple easter eggs on the skin itself.
