Bluebird Nest

People complain that all I do is build tiny buildings. Tiny little houses, tiny little shops, tiny little factories, and even tiny little farms. But this little birdy nest is quite clearly NOT tiny. It's four stories tall! That's the biggest building I've built thus far for the retail and residential buildings! You should be proud!

You'll probably notice that this a massive workshop item; in it, you'll find five files for both levels (that's 10 lots all together) that allow you to use this structure as a sort of "mid-density" option for some areas along with having some small buildings for high-density zones. Given the nature of the game's zone system, I couldn't just have these buildings be small lots to create that "cramped brownstone" like you'd see in real cities, so there's going to be gaps between your apartments when you use these buildings.
