Sparrow Nest

When some cims need to move in to town as quickly as possible, they're probably not worried about living in a "cozy" apartment building. This little nest is sure to quickly satisfy your families and college kids who need to get settled in quickly.

You'll probably notice that this a massive workshop item; in it, you'll find five files for both levels (that's 10 lots all together) that allow you to use this structure as a sort of "mid-density" option for some areas along with having some small buildings for high-density zones. Given the nature of the game's zone system, I couldn't just have these buildings be small lots to create that "cramped brownstone" like you'd see in real cities, so there's going to be gaps between your apartments when you use these buildings.
