November 2016. Following the decision by most major department stores to pull all clown masks from their Halloween selection, these masks were quickly discarded and headed for destruction.
As faith would have it, one of the ships carrying some crates of these discarded masks shipwrecked outside of Rust Island during a major storm. It wasn't long before these masks started washing up along the shoreline... Come hell or high water, you cant seem to stop the Killer clowns.
