"There is no load order in civ 5 wich make it harder to make a mod load after another one. just clicking "enable" in the order you want wont do it.
To really do that. You must unsub from your custom civ mod and this mod and wait for them to uninstall and disappear from your list.
After that, Sub to your custom civ mod, let it download and install and then enable it.
Then (and only then) , subscribe to this mod, let it dowlload and install then enable it.
This mod make an update to all "traits" in the XML, if the update is passed before your trait is added to the database it wont be changed."
Yeah everyone, I confirm this works.
Completely uninstall this mod AND your custom civ mods, then reinstall the custom civ mods and finally subscribe to this mod. Blou, thank you for everything.
I think so! you must still download and enabled this mod after downloading and enabling your custom civ, as described in other comment response.
Just follow what i explained to mackintosh. And yes it has to be loaded after all your custom civ
