描述
There are 251 perks in this game... You can only get 80 without the use or other plug-ins... Unless... Well there's this scroll see... It levels you up completely... Level 81... All skills at 100... Every perk available... You can have this scroll added to your game... all you have to do is hit the subscribe button below... Its not like I'm asking for your first born or something.

The scroll can be crafted at the skyforge. It will cost you your Oghma Infinium, A filled black soul gem, 5 Dragon bones, 5 Dragon Scales and 100 Gold ingots

But if that's too much.....

Player.additem (Isert ID here) 1

Holy S***! where'd my armor go? effect removed from "scroll of Perfection"

Holy S*** Where'd My armor go? effect added to some scroll of which the name escapes me at the moment.

The id is different for everyone depending on the load order.

Just type in this:
help "Scroll of Perfection"

Word of warning to the downloader: It will increase your levels and give you all the perks of each skill. You will sky rocket to level 81 and might (MIGHT) CTD because of the immense awesomeness that happens at such a feet. You have been warned.

Does it increase your actual character level, if it does I'd prefer it if it kept the character level the same

Step 1. Press ` its the button beside the 1 on the top right of your keyboard

Step 2: Type: Player.additem 09000D64 1

Step 3: Use the scroll.

Step 4: Hope your game doesnt bug out.

Step 5: Profit
