Sparky's Traffic Car Mod

A selection of tweaks to add more realism and variety to traffic.

- Adds more car colours. By default there are four or five set colours per vehicle. This mod increases that to ten colours per vehicle type for extra variety. All colours have been picked to be realistic based on each vehicle.

- Allows the pickup to spawn in European as well as USA maps, but it is more common on USA maps.

- Increases the top speeds of traffic vehicles so they can take full advantage of the faster roads.

- Changes the years each vehicle can spawn for more realism and variety. Availiable years are based roughly on the real thing but have been adjusted slightly to keep variety in traffic with a limited number of models. Rather than vehicles suddenly appearing in large numbers at their start date and suddenly disappearing at their end dates they will now gradually become more common after a few years of production and become rarer at the end of their production.

- Now you can still see earlier vehicles in later years but they become rarer as they get older. They never disappear from streets entirely though, unlike in the default game.
