Momo's prop protection

This addon is not reuploaded and it does not contain malicious code.

- Anti prop kill
- Anti car kill
- Anti prop lag
- Anti prop surf

For now all entities are protected against prop killing & vehicle killing: players, props, NPCs...
No extra CPU power will be charged, thanks to its simplicity.

The configuration can be used through the garrysmod/cfg/server.cfg file.
No need to reload the map or restart the server when you type these in the server's console.
- mpp_nopropkill (default 1) - Prevent prop killing? 0/1
- mpp_nocarkill (default =mpp_nopropkill) - Prevent vehicle killing? 0/1
- mpp_outofworld (default 0) - Can the Physics Gun move props out of the world? 0/1
- mpp_ignoremove (default 0) - Totally ignore when an entity is grabbed with the Physics Gun? 0/1

- The vehicle killing logics only applies when there is a driver. When no driver is present, the prop killing logics is used instead.
- Setting mpp_ignoremove to 1 totally bypasses the code that checks for Physics Gun activities. Of course this will make the mpp_outofworld setting useless.
- You can setup props to be transportable out of the world with the Physics Gun. This avoids collisions with the world while moving, but it can be annoying because props can be lost thus unreachable.
- This addon can optimize the server and the network by reducing the number of collisions when using the Physics Gun.
