@mks. The buildings have the 5th level. even I don't know why your people leave housing. at other players everything is normal.
maybe you haven't constructed a monument - The Eden Project?

Im having problems with all the buildings in your Astana collection. When i place a building from your collection people first start to move in but after a small time all the people move out and then the building get the '' Low Land Value '' when all of the buildings around is fine and the land value is high. In my city its just these builiding the message comes up at. The buildings looks amazing but i want to have some people in them...
