gm_drivingmap - map with models and textures fixed

Ignore the thumbnail, it has some unrelated props I spawned for the photo but I’m too lazy to replace it, it doesn’t represent what’s on the map, I only fixed the textures.

I got tired of the constant complaints and spent a long time putting this all together. It should make the map look much better for everyone. Plus the ridiculously long map name bothered me, I wanted something simpler for my server so I changed that too, now its just "gm_drivingmap".
