I played through it multiple times. I never managed to get stuck. I think in general if you hold down a movement key while changing floors you'd get stuck.

stuck in stairs on 3rd level. 1st and second completed with one death then stuck. Died about 5-7 times. not so hard actually

i liked the level design alot i just think you put way too many enemies
