Now here is the mod for you!
The Species of utawarerumono "Dekoi Human" called by original human beings.
The picture from utawarerumon to "Utawarerumono - Futatu no Hakuoro"

1. Provide 48 portraits and the specis called Decoi
2. Special Species traits
3. Special Leader traits
4. 3 different icons

Acutally I think I found the problem if there are any other i'm not sure...Though if you add this
archetype = BIOLOGICAL
To the 00_decoi_species_classes.txt like this

Decoi = {
randomized = no
archetype = BIOLOGICAL
portraits = {

that seems to solve the problem with the 0 start with traits not sure if theres anything else that'll been going wrong with this update.
