描述

Replaces the icons with flags for the following civ: Japan.

This mod deactivates the coloroverlay of civilization icons on the citybanner for all civilizations, so it is advised to use a flag mod for each civilization.

You can pick whatever flag you want or choose a collection with pre-set flags for all civilizations.

Because its the Maritime flag of Japan, not the flag of Japan, i'd be like using the VOC Orange White and Blue with VOC writen in the white part for the Netherlands (which was a maritime trading company not a nation). Doesn't make sense. No offence, just saying it wouldn't be apropriate, it doesn't encompass the entire nation.
