描述

Replaces the icons with flags for the following civ: Rome.

This mod deactivates the coloroverlay of civilization icons on the citybanner for all civilizations, so it is advised to use a flag mod for each civilization.

You can pick whatever flag you want or choose a collection with pre-set flags for all civilizations.

would have been better to give it its Vexillum. Rome was all of Europe.

yep, the italian flag is formed only by the three colors. Can you correct that?

this is not italian kingdom flag, but italian navy's.
