Replaces the icons with flags for the following civ: China.

This mod deactivates the coloroverlay of civilization icons on the citybanner for all civilizations, so it is advised to use a flag mod for each civilization.

You can pick whatever flag you want or choose a collection with pre-set flags for all civilizations.

Why would a "pre-communist" flag be better? China was decimated by war, plague, famine, imperialism, and feudalism under the ROC and the Qing before it. After 1949, taking into account the failures of the CCP after the establishment of the PRC, China neverthless knew a prosperity never before realized. The KMT, after losing the support of the people, and subsequently the civil war (even after receiving hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars in aid, including weapons and ammunition), fled to Taiwan and established a one party dictatorship. Then it proceeded to terrorize the natives of Taiwan and force them to speak Mandarin. It was a dog of the U.S. Now it is still a dog and depends on communist China for survival. But somehow it's better.

I like it but I think it would be better if you made a pre-communist flag. Like the one currently used bu Taiwan.
