描述

Replaces the icons with flags for the following civ: Celts.

This mod deactivates the coloroverlay of civilization icons on the citybanner for all civilizations, so it is advised to use a flag mod for each civilization.

You can pick whatever flag you want or choose a collection with pre-set flags for all civilizations.

Now that someone's made Scotland available as a separate civ, could you please add a second Scottish flag mod set to work with that civ's graphics? Many thanks!
