The original files for this mod was lost some years ago. However, I have attempted a re-release of the mod under Opinion Impact v2. I hope you enjoy.


This is a mod increases the effectiveness of Improving Relations in the diplomatic screen. The aims is to allow players to be able to ally or create useful agreements with minor countries.

This is done by increasing the maximum diplomatic reasons from a high country's opinion to 20 (double the original value). However, the Improve Relations option has not been increased from the maximum of 100. Therefore, similar idealogies or other opinion boosts will be required to achieve diplomatic success.

Compatiable with anything that does not edit 00_defines.lua.
No known errors or bugs at this time.
