gm_housegrass 2

This time, I made it more of a build map than a house with a hill and a lake. You now have lots of space to build. I also built it in the style of gm_construct. It has:

- A crappy skybox
- A big building with a tunnel to the other side of the map
- Plenty of flat ground for building things

It's really simple, which is great for building, but I am wondering if I should build a little river around the map. Maybe I'll make a housegrass 3 which is this, but more faithful to the original by including a hill at the center of the map, a little river between a few lakes, and maybe a more house-like house.
