More Client State/Satrapy Levies

When using the Moar levies from Client States mod, I noticed that it didn't work for the Romans in Hannibal at the Gates and everyone in Wrath of Sparta (incidentally, the first couple of campaigns I've played since using the mod). Since the maker of that mod doesn't seem active anymore and I couldn't find an alternative one, I decided to correct that myself.

This is basically the aforementioned mod with a few more modded techs. As with the original, the effect is tied to the techs that unlocks champion recruitment except in Empire Divided, which lacks such techs. Instead, it's tied to the first Army/Recruitment tech that unlocks land military buildings. The new techs with the effect are:
War Horn (Barbarians) and Mobilize Troops (Romans) for Caesar in Gaul
Manipular Organization (Romans) for Hannibal at the Gates
Gymnasia (Greeks) for Wrath of Sparta
Remumeration Reforms (Romans), Levied Troops (Eastern Kingdoms) and Brave Souls (Barbarians) for Empire Divided

Keep in mind that non-"civilized" factions can't normally make client states/satrapies and this mod does not add this capability. You will require a separate mod for that (which ought to be compatible unless it also changes technology effects).
