Are you subscribed to other player mods? You can check if they really work by playing practice mode instead of joining a coop/multiplayer server. If they really dun work im not sure what is causing it so just unsubscribe and re-sub to see if it fixes it.

Hand just use the CODMW3 sas ones..wont recolor those cuz it will look pretty washed out in first person view.
