Missing serializers not needed anymore CO did their homework.

I used Badi_dea's awesome refinery piping for this asset, GET IT.... NOW.

Note: The bulk of each asset is round piping; because of this, each asset is slightly heavy for its size.
Note: The stats don't include those of the piping so for the actual stat add the piping to the tri count.
