I love this mod. It's simple but essential.
I'm guessing it's dead to trouble shooting and updates. But I'll post just in case.
I've found 4 merchant mods somehow conflict with this mod and eliminate the tile effect.
Froggs 1 hour rotation as well as the 1 hour weapon rotation, Bunker Merchants, and Improved Merchants.
I have no clue how this makes any sense. But. I'm just posting what I've discovered from trouble shooting.
If anyone has any ideas or help, it'll be greatly appreciated!

I still keep this in my modlist since navigating terrain is so easy in vanilla. With atmosphere plus and supper's combat overhaul, this mod helps make the game appropriately harder to match the mod powercreep.

I do wish for a more toned down version from anyone who decides to pick this up again and add support for the most popular non-FU modded planets. New effects would be cool too.

I like the idea, but this current implementation is a bit too drastic for me. I installed and have been playing with it for a few days, but it's less fun that I thought it would be.

The tile effects are pretty powerful and it makes navigation (particularly frozen planets) a pain rather than adding challenge to movement.

If an update (or separate mod) would tone down the effects a bit so ice/mud/etc didn't slow you down so much and the slipperiness is reduced some, I'll definitely reinstall.

A full detail and some vids would be helpful.
