The League of Legends (Rito Games)

This mod adds The League of Legends under rule of Rito Games to the game.
This mod is not supposed to be serious, it's not that I hate Rito. In fact, I love Riot Games and (most of) their decisions. This is just some friendly banther! ;)


Unique Ability: League of Salt:
Every luxury resource is converted into a Salt Resource. Each Salt Resource provides +1 Happiness and +2 Gold.

Unique Unit: Spaghetti-coded Champion
Swordsman replacement that only Rito may build. Randomly gains and loses promotions due to the 'Spaghetti-coding'-promotion. Also gains access to the 'Skins to Win'-promotion.

Unique Building: The League of Legends Boards
Replaces the Arsenal. Units trained in this City gain the 'The Riot Rant'- and the 'Boosted Animal'-Promotions.

Boosted Animal: When getting Killed in Combat, this Unit provides Gold equal to its Combat Strength
Skins to Win: This Unit provides Gold equal to 150% of the city's Population upon creation. This bonus is provided again upon upgrading, but is calculated based on the nearest City's Population instead.
The Riot Rant: This Unit spawns a Salt Resource upon death, if there is no other Resource on that tile already.
Spaghetti Coding: This Unit randomly Gains and Loses Promotions.

This mod contains many references. Some are more obvious (Azir as the 'Spaghetti coded champion for example), than others (if you look closely there is an opaque spaghetti picture behind Azir in the icon for example).
Another reference is the icon for the 'Boosted Animal'-promotion, which has a reference to the editor of our one and only feed l0rd, Imaqtpie

No supported mods yet

The music stops playing after the first song has finished.

Should be compatible with DLL Mods, since this mod does not use one. This is however still untested.
Requires the Brave New World DLC (BNW)

- The Happiness UA can now provide more Happiness than there are Citizens in the Capital.
- IsFreePromotion(<parameters>) can now be used for any unit, rather than only for the Spaghetti-coded Champion
