About Top Flight Continental Project (TFCP): The goal of this project is to create top leagues for almost every country in the world that doesn't have a league by default. They will feature some degree of realism depending on the information available, but ultimately they are to be interesting and competitive, so most leagues will have more resources than their real counterparts, although it shouldn't get too excessive.
