[DEPRECIATED] Purge Policy - Pre-Sentient Only

The functionality of this mod is now included in the vanilla game, so this mod is now officially discontinued.


This is a pretty simple mod. All it does is add a policy allowing you to purge only pre-sentient pops. This policy is availible to any nation that isn't Xenophilic or Pacifist (as long as you have discovered other nations, or own a planet with a pre-sentient species), and does not carry an opinion malus with other nations.
