描述
This addon is to fix some issues that VisClip and VisClip Advanced have had.
It is also to add missing functionality from the tools without straying from the scope of the tools.

Changes so far:
1. Clips are now sent to clients that join servers after the clips were made/spawned in.

Planned:
1. Sync clip removal to all clients.

visual clip should be more precise and exact. i mean because i cant make clips using decimals numbers, the tool aproximates my values to whole numbers

Sorry for not posting this bug into the dedicated thread; because that I was banned from GMod Discussions, I couldn't do that.

There's a specific bug where defining a plane for the clips to be placed is completely broken, ignored by the entire tool itself. Could you do anything about that?
