Yes, that is an engine error with Photon. Sadly, Photon is no longer being developed, and there is no way for me to fix it, so the bug will persist. I apologize for any inconvenience.

OK, so it seems like a conflicting addon issue (ULib and Photon seem to be the culprits)

@Unlimited, I'm getting a script error with the car. One of the LUA scripts in the addon's trying to index NilData, if I recall correctly. Mind trying to fix this?

Yeah, that's a photon engine error. Sadly, the engine has not been updated since early 2016 and more than likely will not see another update ever again.
