Hellbent's character mod commissioned by Pandora/ @PBarzahd on twitter.

Average stats (same as Wilson).

Starts with Willow's lighter (just pretend he stole it), is immune to fire damage and can see in the dark, otherwise he's rather fragile.

Assets done by me with the help of the Extended Sample Character mod
