Ace Advanced Medical Training

Updated for ACE medical 3.13

Use this to train with ACE advanced medical. 6 people can be trained at once. You can train alone too if you wish. Medical supplies are in the box. You can create a patient from the data terminal and fix him up. You can delete the patients if you wish from the laptop. 2 patients can be created at once.

We do not need to shoot our teammates anymore to teach someone how to medic.

To run the mission start a multiplayer session that you are hosting on your own computer or run it on a dedicated server, and the scripts will work properly. Do not start it from the single player scenario, those don't work well.

If you like to modify the mission make sure you change the corresponding sqf files and init parameters accordingly. For example if you are using a VR entity, make sure you are deleting the VR entity and not the default survivor that I have used.

can you sugest where find a ACE3 training guide because i read ace3 manual document and i try to do health exercises but i dont understand as well in detail the health functions. :steamsad:

@marco.toppy This was intended to be used in a group so one can perfom/practice on the dummies and not have to hurt each other to learn. This is a training range, no teacher included. You will have to get your own. BYOT. :P

@Moose on the loose Yes, you may have to edit the mission or use a mod that let's you become zeus, thus giving you the ability to add other crates or edit existing ones, if I remember correctly 3den editor gives you this option, when you ACE self interact.

Is there a way to add more medical items to the crates?

That may be possible if one takes a look at saving the units state, with a pause button, and recreating it every second or so, until an unpause button is pressed. But that solution is beyond the scope of this old mission. Feel free to integrate it and if you succeed, let us all know. :)

I'm trying to do something similar but at a slower pace. Is there anything to stop the deterioration of the unit once injured, sort of like, damage them then pause where thier damaged state is and stop further blood loss etc?

@RangoDaLizard Just tested you can access it either through the scroll wheel menu, or with ace interaction with the supply box itself. I hope its not something stopping you from interacting with the box. I didn't find any issues on my end.
