Dynamic Recon Ops is a randomised, replayable scenario that generates an enemy occupied AO with a selection of tasks to complete within. Select your AO location, the factions you want to use and any supports available or leave them all randomised and see what mission you are sent on.



Designed to be simple to use but with plenty of options to customise your mission setup, the objective behind DRO is to create a way to quickly get playing a new scenario in singleplayer or co-op. With as few changes to the base game as possible, DRO aims to showcase the unique and varied gameplay that Arma 3 has to offer for smaller scale infantry combat.
Additionally, DRO has been designed from the ground up to take advantage of faction mods. If you have any mods that create new factions they will be selectable as player or enemy sides within the mission. However, the scenario itself requires no mods apart from specific terrains if you want to use them.

  • Revive system that takes visual cues from BIS revive but is fully AI compatible and works in both MP and SP

  • 'Reset AI' diary entry to unstick AI units
  • 30mins - 1hr 30mins duration

When I try to call support I see the artillery icon on the left but don't see how to choose it.

Short bug report. My FOB was on one island but my objective was on another. No boat or any other way of getting there. There was a marker labeled sea transport but no boat was there.

@The Prime Evil: I've had that happen on other maps with this mission. Sometimes he moves, sometimes not. Probably the normal, buggy BIS scripting engine.

Me and my friend were playing this, and we've secured an enemy officer (that we are supposed to take out of the AO to capture him) but he won't move, he just stands still with his hands up, please fix.

great I looked at the other comment and saw the maps you already did ant there are plenty.
I want to play a mission on fallujah 1.2. The city there is thick with alot of tall buildings. I also used an addon called Walkers

It adds a faction of zombie civilians that are hostile to everyone. Im going to keep playing around with this mission and I will let you know which ones make the best missions. thanks

Tesla - Check out the collection this mission is part of - there are many different map versions there including Kunduz.

Thanks mbrdmn, for some reason I had clicked "continue" before in my haste, thinking that I was subscribing somehow to a required item when instead I was skipping subbing the actual island by doing so

programmer4000 - Make sure you have the required items downloaded and activated in the Arma launcher.
