World Financial Center One (Brookfield Place)
200 Liberty Street, Lower Manhattan, New York, New York, USA

You must plop this as shown in my diagrams if you want this to look correct in a New York map, and for the carpark to work. These models have Dynamic Lighting (20 groups of random lighting)
All the other parts to the complex, will be uploaded as soon as I can. Heres how the project will be uploaded:

World Financial Center One - 200 Liberty Street (Dow Jones & Co.) - This Model
World Financial Center Two - 225 Liberty Street (Time Inc.,)
World Financial Center Three - 200 Vesey Street (American Express Tower)
World Financial Center Four - 250 Vesey Street (Merrill Lynch)
Winter Garden Atrium and WFC Entrance (Pre 9/11 version (Destroyed) or Post 9/11 Entrance- Choice)
New York Mercantile Exchange - One North End Avenue (The NYMEX Building)
World Financial Center One West Street Overpass to Liberty Park (WTC Post 9/11) - Optional
World Financial Center Three Vesey Street Overpass (Destroyed 9/11) - Optional
World Financial Center (as one complex) - Using Sub-buildings mod and Rico.

MODEL UPDATED: New lod, so looks way better zoomed out. New lighting. Underground carpark fixed, now bikes and scooters and people can use it. Model is now 1:1 size.

I liked this up until the crime and trash started piling up. The game's pathing apparently has a hard time with this assets road network.

As a long time resident of Gateway Plaza in Battery Park City I gotta say this asset is great! Nothing like seeing my old "stomping grounds" modelled so well.

@Lexatus - wo Im so sorry you had to do that! would have filling in some of the water as relacimed land given you more room though? But what youve done really works! Of course Im releasing the whole lot as one model pretty soon, but I think that looks pretty good bud! Ill send you an invite to our NYC group, you deserve it!

Nope not a modder, how I wish thou.
I made a work around =) The plaza behind WFC1 was the issue i forgot to mention.
I simply removed all props and roads in the editor. Then liften and lined up South End Avenue between the "tree pots" so it would line up with the roundabout at pumphouse park. I did the same thing with liberty street so it would line up angualry with wtc

I have another issue concerning brooklyn bridge that came up a about a week ago. when i first plopped it and lowered it, it wouldnt make the terrain follow, but it does now. destroying my intersection under the bridge =(
