This is Wooden Barn made by Ploefke. A typical old and neglected barn. Due errors with the asset editor, the only way to upload this was uploading it as a police station. I advise using the ploppable RICO mod by AJ3D: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=586012417
With this mod, you could change the function to a farm very easy, as seen on my second picture.
