Better Mage related Rewards

描述
Improves the Enchantements of several Magic-related rewards ingame. Makes those rewards more unique and powerful.

Staff of Magnus: Now absorbs instead of damages. Absorbs 50 points of magicka and 25 points of health.
Necromancer's Amulet: Resist Magic 12 pts, Fortify Magicka 50 pts, Fortify Heal Rate 50 pts.
Gauldur Amulet: Instead of increasing all attributes by 30, it now increases regeneration rate of all attributes by 100%. Fragments changed as well.
Mage's Circlet: Fortify Magicka 25 pts, Fortify Magicka Regen 25%.
Savos Aren's Amulet: Alteration and Conjuration cost 12% less magicka.

and the necromancers amulet is wrong it entirely breaks its lore

savos aren's amulet is much worse now other stuff is great but savos aren's amulet is a bit too weak for my tastes

i lost my staff of magnus to a bad mod, and now i cant do one of my quests ;-[

Well i don't really like all of them exept for the staff of magnus... you did not make them better but you changed them all to have totally diffrent perks:(

Well Mage's Circlet is a leveled item so how does that work....?

Does this only apply to certain special items? Would be great if it applied to all mage equipment, compared to the boring and not so mage-like college robes all clothing sucks.
