描述

'Tamaribuchi Heavy Manufacturing Concern' office branch & 7Eleven on the ground floor. Tamaribuchi was once a joint venture company with Matsumura Fishworks but decided to split after a sharp decline in sales worldwide over their bestselling product, Mr.Sparkle Household Detergent. The model however is based on an actual building[www.google.com], which I reduced in size.

Stats:
- Level 1 Growable Office, 3x3 corner lot.
- Model Tris: 632. 1024x1024 Diffuse, Alpha, Normals, Specular, Illumination.
- LOD Tris: 53. 256x256 Diffuse & Illumination.
- Rico compatible. Just find it & add to local in the rico settings panel.
