No Rank Up Throttling

描述
Removes the limit that prevents soldiers from ranking up multiple times after a single mission, even though they earned enough Kills / XP.

Overrides: None

Can safely be enabled and disabled in running campaigns.

You will still only get one rank up message in a battle, but will be able to rank up multiple times back in HQ.

Apparently completely borked in LW2.

My god! I spent the last 24 hours looking for the mod without stop. I am starting a new campaign, and I remembered this mod existing, but I could find it way!
I searched for: Remove Promotion Cap, Remove Exp Cap, Remove Promotion Limit, Remove Exp Limit, Infinite Promotions... every possible way. Then I gave up and started browsing the mods and found it!

wow, i canbt beliueve i did not have this for a long time. i just did a avenger defense killed like 20 + aliens , my soldier who killed like at least 10 went from rookie to squaddie -_-

This mod was 100% worth it the first time I played Gatekeeper and got three Corporals. For the grand prize I sent a team on Alien Hunters introduction and came back from Camp Snek with five Corporals and Sergeants.

Just finished a campaign with about 280 mods, this one included, and had no major issues! Thanks for putting this up, beautiful little tweak.

I've used this in LWOTC using the alternative mod launcher and works great!
