Ok, thanks a lot, I won't be afraid to not use props with yours then, as I pretty much have subscribed to all of your assets. ^^

@Daemon Trooper: Props and trees are not required for a building to work no. They just won't look exactly like you expect. This one will never just spawn on its own since it's a ploppable (it's a park if you don't have Ploppable RICO), but if you have the props it uses or not will have no effect on anything other than its look. :)

The building can still spawn without it ?
Yes strange question, but I continue to ask this one because some buildings on the workshop don't spawn at all if all the dependencies aren't covered ^^

@Daemon Trooper: That's not happening. Too much time spent on such a little thing. But feel free to not subscribe to the simple road line and decorate them in game with whatever lines you prefer to use. :)

There's already big huge props packs shared, I think you should remove your "simple road line" and replace it with one of the most popular road signs and lines packs
