This is a 4x8 version of one of my first assets

-ploppable RICO L3 high density shopping
-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-4x8 high density shopping building
-3566 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1024² each)
-65 triangles LOD (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 256² each)
-Original building is located in the center of Harlem
(157 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd)

Nah its from Harlem, I just think it fits both, european and american cities^^ It has a fixed spot in my screenshotcity, even fits the new parisian buildings https://i.imgur.com/FmjJVbp.jpg

Interesting that you show the building coexisting in a european set. When I first saw the screen shot and read the title my brain thought this was a building from Haarlem not Harlem.
