It puzzles me. But without the CIM trucks I don't see any trucks sitting still in the streets. Other trucks deliver and block sometimes while delivering, but they aren't sitting still in the middle of a lane with no route in the route view panel. It's weird. I put the CIM trucks back in and immediately got traffic stopping where the CIM trucks are sitting in the lane looking for a route. It has to be something with the MoreVehicles mod and some other mod. They also cause the farm/oil/mineral/forest trucks to lose routing too and sit around on the roads. On a different big city map the CIM trucks don't cause any trouble, just the one I'm doing now. If I figure out what combo is doing this I'll be sure to post here about it.

@zaltocleotl: These are just trucks same as other heavy trucks. If you're having routing issues, that sounds like a mod issue. I can't do anything to help that sorry.

All the CIM trucks cause routing issues when using MoreVehicles mod. They get stuck on the roads with no routes visible in the see route window and block traffic constantly.
