And here I assumed they were just simple decals. :P Guess I have some parks that can have more trees now :D Ty for the tip!

yeah. The markers are for houses (for example). If you want the car will park in front of a garage. Or if you want to have a freely parked car anywhere.

Really? I always assumed the markers were needed for the cars to know there was a spot. I'll have a look as that will free up some props on a few of my buildings :D

just little suggestion. You don't have to use parking spaces with parking marker together as you did. http://imgur.com/a/DeIOt . You can use only parking marker. Cars will still park on it.
