The Rogue does naturally spawn on Russia, with a 2/3 chance of a Vanilla tank, a 2/9 chance of a Rouge, and a 1/9 chance of an Assault Rogue.

I've included all the camos, becuase I provide the tanks, you do the playing. I provided the camos to make it easier for you guys.

The Russian Defence Ministry was shocked by the appearance of the Vindicator. The Defense Ministry watched as the Vindicator shredded every Russian vehicle in small unknown proxy battles.

The Defence Ministry reached the following conclusions about Russia's current tank:
Too wide.
The steering mechanism is inadequate.
Turret traverse mechanism sub-par.
Main gun underperforming.
Gunnery optics useless.
Poor crew protection.

The current tank is very wide, being incapable of fitting down some streets and gaps.
The steering system in the current tank consisted of a crude clutch based braking system. Although this mechanism is adequate for construction equipment, a heavy vehicle cannot rely on this steering mechanism.
The turret traverse in the current tank lacked 360 degree traverse, due to a limitation in the hydraulics.
The optics inside of the turret were terrible. Gunners were more willing to expose themselves outside the tank instinct shooting rather than using the optics.
Ignoring the fact the gunner was usually exposed, the tank had poor crew protection. Explosions would cause spalling and injure crew.

The Defence Ministry then ordered the Weapons Development Committee to stop all current projects, and make a new battle tank immediately, the Object 480
The Weapons Committee was at first not sure if the Defence Ministry has gone rogue and were staging a military coup, as this was a very sudden and highly classified project. This incident only lasted two days, and it lead to the tank's nickname: The Rogue.

The Rogue easily broke all expectations.
The Rogue was slightly longer than the old tank, about the same height, but narrower. The steering mechanism was a hydraulically assisted additive steering, allowing quick maneuvers and unreal agility. The turret traverse mechanism was redesigned from scratch, and the new mechanism is capable of 360 degree traverse. The largest change was the gunnery optics, meaning the gunner had more than adequate aiming system inside, and no longer had to expose himself to small arms fire. The Rogue was also fitted with a fiberglass spall liner, protecting crew from damage.

Although the Rogue had easily leveled the armored playing field, the Rogue had flaws from being rushed into production. The Assault Rogue came to be, with an added RCWS on top for the commander and a longer cannon. The Assault Rogue removed the advantage that the Vindicator Mk.2 had, but both vehicles cause unimaginable mayhem when they're both present.

Soviet heavy armor columns have become a nightmare to everything but a column of Vindicators.
