CURRRENTRY NOT UPDATED

This is basically sub-version of my "Mongolia National Focus" mod, which simulates the timeline, where Roman Ungern survived and eventually bacame dictator of Mongolia.

Current features:
* Mongolia starts as fascist dictatorship
* Starting military strength improved (better conscription&mobilisation laws, divisions 70% staffed)
* Tuva is the part of Mongolia
* Events to get rid of Ungern and Bogd Khan(or not) in case of revolution
* Focus tree and flavor text changed to correspond current state of affairs
* Changed Ulaanbaatar to Urga and Kyzyl to Belotsarsk (their old names)

Things to do:
* Add more flavor events
* Replace communist ministers with someone more appropriate
* Add Ungern a trait

if you need manpower get console commands up and type manpower (number)

Still to weak nation and way too little manpower. Schweiz has more than twice the manpower and IC :p

@Mordred Then add a seperate ideology for that, it is not hard just some tweaking in the common/ideologies and localisation.

@Seanarchy I know, but in-game it's the most accurate way to represent it, while "Non-aligned" makes no sense in this case
