Make sure it's turned on in the content manager and then hit shift + p in game to turn the anarchy on (I think that's the shortcut - I always have it on so I don't really use it :P).

hmm yea i just sound and installed it. I added it in mods list but doesnt seem to work

if this can have several different shades of color to blend well with the road, we can use it to cover those excessive zebra strips...

I have this mod, but the problem is with putting those patches on road
