Freerun mode enabled for Multiplayer and with additions

This is early days, modified Freerun stock script to be able to change FX / sounds and other features and access the Game Mode via Multiplayer

INSTRUCTIONS: To run the map + mod you need to load the mod first, select Multiplayer, select the map, then in the console type in:

/set_gametype fr

And start the game!

** Meant for solo play only, untested with more than one player **
