pressuresome in any way I'm sorry; I didn't mean to.
decide to do that or not; sooner or later
I'll get it done.
several people who will charge as little as
$10 or $20 to do models. I'm serious. I've
seen them.
all this. I think it'll probably work; it'll just take time.
It's looking very good already.
well how to use Blender because he's watched tutorials
of other people online using things just like it, so that's
also a good start.
four-legged models. Mr. Marco1003 made
a working Spyro model and it walks great. So yeah
people can do it, but its complicated. I even tried to
learn to make my own playermodels and got into Blender
and had no idea what I was supposed to do. This is why I
can't make stuff myself. So I just need to be patient and
wait for either my friend to do this for me or, if not, somebody
else. It doesn't have to be you. But for now I'm just going to
drop this. So my friend knows what he's doing I'm first going
to have him make these ragdolls with faceflexing into
playermodels. It will probably be successful; the models I'm
having him base the skeleton of these ragdolls off of that he's
going to make physically match the skeleton these new playermodels
need to have. I'm going to have him do that first. Then he'll probably
be ready to rig the Spyro model up for me. We're taking this one
step at a time.
I'm sorry I can't be much help. I've gotten frustrated with the Source Engine enough with this. Learning the in's and out's is like pulling teeth, even WITH Valve's own resources lol. When I do have time I'll poke around some more and learn something new. Maybe in the future I'll manage to figure it all out and get something done, but now I can't promise anything.
Things haven't been going great on my end so I don't have as much time to invest in a project like this anymore, which is why I am willing to pass the torch on to anyone who wants to make an attempt.
enough.
