With Messages send instantly messages to your players.

Differents settings possible :
- Choose your text (max 50 characters)
- Choose the image next to the text (only 2 for the time being)
- Choose if your want to add sound with the notification (only 8 for the time being)
- Choose the text color
- Choose the background color
- Choose the duration of the notification (min 1s - max 60s)
- Choose the notification position (only 2 positions for the time being)
- Choose the font (only 1 for the time being)

Server side config :
- Choose the command to open the menu ("!messages" par défaut)
- Choose the language of the menu
